Personal Information does not include information lawfully obtained from publicly available sources or from federal, state, or local government records lawfully made available to the general public.

1.4 Non-Collection of Social Security Numbers or Driver’s license number or state-issued identification card number
Notwithstanding the foregoing definition, EDUSANITAS LLC does not collect, request, or store Social Security numbers or Driver’s license number or state-issued identification card number, and users are instructed not to submit such information to the Company.

EDUSANITAS LLC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data security measures, or actions of WhatsApp, Google, any social media platform, and any phone or computer application, or any other third-party communication platform. Any personal information shared through these platforms is governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy, and EDUSANITAS LLC disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of such information by those providers. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of WhatsApp and Google before participating in communications or mentorship sessions conducted through those platforms.
